I know we all love some super easy recipes for weeknights so here are my recent recipes that I have tried and were winners…

Easy Orange Chicken and Fried Rice
This could not be more easy and full of shortcuts!
Frozen Chicken breasts (I use 4 for my family), Bottle of Panda Orange Chicken sauce, two- three bags of Bird’s Eye Steamers – frozen fried rice, 4 eggs.
Cook your chicken with the sauce all day in crockpot. When done shred and keep it in the sauce. Scramble the eggs. Heat up each bag of frozen fried rice in microwave and pour into pan of scrambled eggs. Mix together. Serve chicken over the fried rice!
Sausage Alfredo ( I found a version of this on Pinterest and changed it up!)
Smoked sausage (I use turkey), bowtie pasta, pint of heavy cream, 2 cups of shredded parmesan.
Brown cut up smoked sausage in skillet. Remove and let drain on plate. In the same skillet with grease add heavy cream (make sure and turn down heat so it does not scorch). When cream is hot, add cheese. Constantly whisk until all is melted and heated through. Add salt and pepper as needed. Mix alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, and sausage together and serve with grated parm on top! Next time I will add a bag of frozen peas!
Chicken Parm Sliders (YUM and EASY!)
Frozen chicken breasts (4 for us), jar of marinara (I sometimes use two depending on how saucy I feel HA!), italian seasoning (or garlic salt) slider buns, mozz cheese
Cook your chicken with the sauce in crockpot all day until done. I always add some extra seasoning like italian seasoning to it as well. When it is done, shred and keep in sauce. Put slider buns, open faced, on a cookie sheet and toast lightly under broiler. You can add butter and garlic salt if you want to be extra! Add shredded chicken and mozz to half the buns and put back under broiler, still open faced. Once your cheese is melted and brown to your liking, remove. Sandwich your sliders and enjoy!
Ok that’s what I have for now! Let me know or tag me if you try them!
